Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, engineering, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to streamline recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters to foster team excellence and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs in recruitment
- Deep understanding of New Orleans' job market and industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
