Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records
- Build relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Facilitate interview logistics and coordinate onboarding processes
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Participate in weekly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
