Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track key metrics and provide weekly performance reports
- Develop relationships with local educational institutions and job boards
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (flexible schedule)
- Knowledge of Oklahoma City labor market preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
