Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to identify, screen, and place top-tier candidates in technical and professional sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and workforce goals.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Navigate and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage pipelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed quarterly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time positions in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other major job boards.
