Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic staffing plans for Fortune 500 and emerging clients
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation
- Conduct data-driven market analysis to inform compensation strategies
- Train junior recruiters on ATS optimization and compliance protocols
- Drive client satisfaction through regular KPI reporting and strategic consultations
- Expand industry networks through attendance at tech summits and HR conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually across diverse industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret labor market data
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
