Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from screening to offer negotiation
- Develop deep understanding of client technical requirements and company cultures
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven success placing software engineers and IT professionals
- Expert knowledge of Boolean search strings and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of Austin's tech ecosystem and market trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
