Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for high-growth technology clients across the Phoenix metro area
- Source, screen, and place specialized candidates in engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Manage end-to-end client relationships from contract negotiation to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing methodologies and candidate engagement strategies
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach to Mesa-based tech enterprises
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Strong understanding of Mesa's tech ecosystem and Arizona talent market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with contract management experience
- Proficiency in ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever
- Ability to travel locally to client sites and industry networking events
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
