Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with 15-20 key clients across diverse industries in Indianapolis
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, and executive roles
- Source, interview, and place high-caliber candidates using innovative sourcing strategies
- Analyze market trends and talent demands to provide consultative staffing solutions
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client portfolios
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in Indianapolis market
- Expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate engagement
- Strong client relationship management skills with demonstrable results
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and CRM platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
