Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates across IT, finance, and healthcare verticals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume client engagements
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate hiring managers
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using our ATS platform
- Lead client consultations to align talent solutions with business objectives
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Industry certifications (CPSR, CSP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
