Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
- Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Drive new business development through strategic networking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Phoenix's talent market dynamics
