Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse industry clients
- Cultivate and expand client relationships across Charlotte's key economic sectors
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean techniques and market mapping
- Lead stakeholder negotiations and manage compensation package structuring
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize placement efficiency
- Mentor junior consultants on best practices in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with marketing to develop employer branding initiatives
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in candidate pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of agency/staffing experience with proven placement track record
- Expert knowledge of Charlotte's tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and KPIs
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client site visits
