Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, healthcare, and engineering roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking
- Present qualified candidates with compelling value propositions
- Track KPIs including placement ratios, client satisfaction, and time-to-fill
- Lead training sessions for junior recruiters on sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of Sacramento's tech and healthcare talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for contract-to-hire placements
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent client relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment analytics
