Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic staffing plans for diverse industry clients across Colorado Springs
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent, contract, and temporary roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Analyze market trends and talent availability to provide consultative hiring solutions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process optimization initiatives
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of successful staffing or recruiting experience in Colorado Springs market
- Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets in a competitive environment
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Strong understanding of Colorado labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and applicant tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
