Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for permanent placements across Las Vegas' key industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ corporate clients
- Source and vet high-caliber candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding and integration
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or agency environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Strong understanding of Las Vegas' job market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
