Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand roles in Georgia's key industries
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Source, vet, and place qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and market intelligence
- Lead contract negotiations and manage placement documentation with precision
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process optimization initiatives
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record in Georgia market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Strong network of professionals across Georgia's tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
