Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and healthcare roles across Austin metro
- Develop client relationships with hiring managers at Dell, Samsung Austin, and Seton Healthcare
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using Greenhouse and ATS systems
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and candidate engagement techniques
- Analyze market compensation trends to position candidates competitively
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Austin market
- Proven track record placing Software Engineers and Healthcare IT professionals
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with 50+ placements annually
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of Austin's tech ecosystem and talent pipelines
- Exceptional negotiation and client management skills
