Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key clients across healthcare, IT, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic sourcing
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to align staffing solutions with business objectives
- Lead candidate assessments, technical interviews, and offer negotiations
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with Cleveland market expertise
- Proven track record of placing technical professionals in high-demand roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday) and Boolean sourcing mastery
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite relationships
- Data-driven approach with ability to report on key metrics (fill rates, time-to-fill)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with willingness for client site visits
