Responsibilities
- Source and vet top-tier candidates across IT, Finance, and Healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ active client accounts
- Develop strategic talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Present data-driven hiring solutions to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement metrics
- Drive agency growth through client relationship management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs (25+ placements/year)
- Expert knowledge of Charlotte's talent market dynamics
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
