Qualifications
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment/staffing with emphasis in Washington market
- Proven success placing candidates in tech or healthcare industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives
- Ability to meet aggressive KPIs in fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington state staffing license required
