Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for high-level candidates.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media (LinkedIn), and industry events.
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients to understand their hiring challenges and strategic workforce needs.
- Conduct market research to provide competitive salary benchmarks and talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint in the Milwaukee market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or account management within the US market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Strong knowledge of the Milwaukee, WI business landscape and local industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Finance).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) and ATS platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a client-centric focus.
