Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets and staffing volume goals.
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified technical professionals (IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity) through various channels including networking and social media.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from conducting interviews and assessing cultural fit to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving workforce needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data.
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless placement experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or account management within the Silicon Valley market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Strong understanding of the technology sector, including software development, cloud computing, and data science.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
