Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients in PA's key industries
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and clinical positions
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing methodologies and compliance
- Manage KPIs including fill rates, client satisfaction, and revenue targets
- Coordinate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using AI-powered tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 5+ years in staffing or corporate recruitment
- Proven success in healthcare/tech verticals preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to travel 15% within PA region
