Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures for mission-critical applications.
- Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and bottlenecks in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue) and backend languages (Java/Python/Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
