Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java is required.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
