Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers)
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent brand experience
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to UX best practices documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, testing)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience in startup or agency environments preferred
