Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement advanced schema markup to ensure optimal crawlability and indexing by search engines.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with 2026 business goals and emerging market trends.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to enhance on-page elements, keyword targeting, and user intent alignment to maximize organic reach.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
- Link Building & Authority: Execute white-hat link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and drive high-quality referral traffic.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers and provide technical training on SEO best practices and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify).
- Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
