The Role
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will be the architect of our organic visibility. You will lead complex technical audits, craft high-converting content strategies, and manage high-authority link-building campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding developers, content creators, and marketing managersâto ensure our digital footprint is robust, scalable, and resilient against algorithm changes.
What Youâll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Lead keyword research and gap analysis to uncover high-value opportunities in competitive markets.
- Optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and site architecture to maximize user experience and conversion rates.
- Manage and oversee external link-building campaigns to build domain authority.
- Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, XML sitemaps, and performance optimizations.
- Provide actionable insights and detailed reporting to stakeholders, demonstrating clear ROI on SEO efforts.
What Weâre Looking For
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic for enterprise-level websites.
- Deep understanding of Googleâs core updates, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with content strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is highly preferred.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
