Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision and long-term roadmap for the organization.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact innovation projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives.
- Predict and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic shifts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Represent Nexus Innovations at industry forums and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive management.
- Proven track record of leading successful transformational projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, IoT, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
