Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable technical SEO strategies, focusing on site architecture, crawl budget optimization, and schema markup to ensure maximum indexability.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize advanced analytics (Google Analytics 4, Search Console) to identify growth opportunities, conduct deep-dive audits, and translate complex data into actionable, high-ROI strategies.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to develop SEO-first content calendars that align with user intent and high-volume search trends, ensuring our messaging resonates with the 2026 market landscape.
- Link Building & Authority: Execute white-hat link acquisition campaigns and digital PR initiatives to build domain authority and establish Nexus as an industry thought leader.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Monitor search engine algorithm updates (Google, Bing) closely and rapidly adapt our technical and content strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a demonstrable track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue for enterprise-level clients or companies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of technical SEO concepts, including Core Web Vitals, HTTP status codes, SSL, and site speed optimization.
- Tool Mastery: Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog, plus proficiency in Google Tag Manager and analytics platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
