- Develop and maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions.
- Author high-level white papers and strategic presentations for stakeholders and investors regarding future tech adoption.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with new technologies and formulate mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior strategists and data scientists on emerging tools and methodologies.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, R&D management, or a related field.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing diverse, high-performance teams.
