Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, neural networks) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for product development
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech design and deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain implementation
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech innovation projects
- Global tech policy awareness and regulatory navigation experience
