Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies for full-time positions in Cleveland's key sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using advanced ATS tools
- Manage candidate pipelines through placement and onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment tactics and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies
- Proven track record placing candidates in Cleveland's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CPC certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Ohio employment laws and regulations
