Qualifications
- 5+ years in recruitment/staffing with corporate or agency experience
- Proven track record placing technical or executive professionals
- Expert knowledge of Dallas job market and industry trends
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
