Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for specialized roles across the Chicago metro area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development and revenue growth.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales within the Chicago market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
