Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for specialized verticals, including Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Technology.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and long-term challenges.
- Source, screen, interview, and present high-caliber candidates to hiring managers.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive candidate placement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Attend industry networking events and career fairs to continuously expand our talent pool.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or executive search.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of the Texas labor market and business landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
