Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for key clients in the Manufacturing, IT, and Administrative sectors.
- Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique workforce needs.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate technical and soft skills.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless placement experience.
- Drive new business development by proactively marketing Apex Talent Solutions to potential partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Greenhouse.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
