Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer acceptance for mid-to-senior level roles across various industries.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed), and networking events to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough behavioral and technical interviews to assess cultural and skill fit for client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define talent requirements and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Manage the candidate pipeline efficiently to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high retention rates.
- Negotiate compensation packages and close placements with speed and accuracy.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or staffing sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets consistently.
- Strong knowledge of the Houston, TX job market and relevant industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce).
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
