Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent and contract positions.
- Develop and execute effective search strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to find passive candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their business needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful placements and high retention rates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
