Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced recruitment tools and social media platforms.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Market open positions to attract passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings for SEO.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Bilingual is a plus).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
