Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for 15+ high-profile client accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers across NYC
- Source passive candidates using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Lead interview processes and provide actionable candidate feedback
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job distribution channels
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with NYC client base
- Proven track record of placing candidates in finance or tech roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of NYC's competitive talent landscape
- Ability to manage 20+ concurrent recruitment pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
