Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques and networking to identify, engage, and screen passive candidates across various industries.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and cultural needs.
- Consultative Sales: Present candidates to clients, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates.
- Onboarding & Retention: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires and maintain long-term relationships with placed consultants.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software like Salesforce or Bullhorn.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
