Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying talent to closing placements for key accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates across various industries.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure high retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pitch services and negotiate contract terms.
- Monitor industry trends to provide market insights to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical or professional staffing, preferably within the Washington DC metro area.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local job market and network of professional contacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
