Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitive advantages in the Charlotte market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed monthly placement targets.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
