Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across technical and professional roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-value client partnerships
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights to clients
- Maintain ATS compliance and candidate data integrity
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and emerging tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing agency recruitment with technical or professional focus
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements/month
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Experience with remote hiring protocols and virtual interview platforms
