Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hiring managers at client organizations
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics in ATS systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and major job board platforms
- Strong understanding of Fort Worth's local talent market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
