Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse industries using innovative recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure perfect candidate-client matches
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including onboarding and retention strategies
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment pipelines and performance metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill positions
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in healthcare, IT, or creative sectors
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Valid Louisiana staffing recruiter license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
