Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse industry clients
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using cutting-edge sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for technical/non-technical roles
- Forge strategic partnerships with 15+ key accounts across New Orleans metropolitan area
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment analytics
- Lead team training initiatives on emerging recruitment technologies
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all hiring processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition methodologies
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns with 95% fill rate
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans labor market and industry trends
