Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for various industries, including IT, Engineering, and Administrative sectors.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Manage strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates rigorously to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate offers and close top talent in a highly competitive market.

- Track key metrics and reporting on recruitment performance and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill roles and meeting aggressive quotas.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Houston metropolitan area.
