What You Will Do:
You will be the face of our brand, representing Oakland Talent Partners to both candidates and clients. We are looking for someone who is aggressive in their search and thrives on the challenge of finding the 'perfect fit' for our partners.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for open positions in the Oakland area.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling positions within set timeframes.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Local to the Oakland, CA area.
