Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct hire positions across multiple industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Baltimore-area clients to understand their evolving talent needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools to track candidates and pipeline metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment strategies and improve fill rates
- Represent our agency at Baltimore job fairs and industry networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Expertise in Baltimore's job market with established professional network in MD/PA/DE
- Strong technical proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter Certification (CPC, CSP) or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
